Known for his dynamic leadership, strategic acumen, and ability to transform vision into measurable results, Matt has built a legacy of excellence helping leaders and companies grow stronger, smarter, and more sustainable.
As the Founder and CEO of Greaux Consulting Corporation, Greaux Group, Greaux Capital, Intellitech, Builtech, and many other related companies, Matt leads a global consulting firm that provides comprehensive business solutions for small businesses, start-ups, and mid-sized organizations seeking to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability. His firm specializes in developing systems, strategies, SOPs, SOWs, processes, protocols, and infrastructures that maximize productivity, reduce liability, and position companies for long-term scalability.
Greaux Consulting holds millions of dollars’ worth of proprietary, attorney-vetted intellectual property — including processes, systems, policies, contracts, subcontracts, and scopes of work — developed from Matt’s decades of hands-on experience leading multimillion-dollar companies. These assets allow clients to implement proven frameworks that might otherwise take years and millions of dollars to create independently. Leveraging this unique advantage, Matt and his team help clients scale faster, operate more efficiently, and increase profitability — typically achieving 8–10x ROI within the first year, with a Minimum Guaranteed Return of 2:1.
Before founding Greaux Consulting, Matt built an extraordinary career in the construction and development industry. As the Founder and CEO of CCC, LLC, a licensed commercial, residential, and disaster recovery general contracting firm, he grew the company from a startup into a powerhouse generating over $120 million in annual revenues across four states — including both domestic and international projects — over an 18½-year span. His leadership was marked by an ability to integrate vision with execution: developing multiple business divisions, spearheading new technologies, and creating custom management systems that streamlined operations and improved profitability.
Matt has also founded and successfully operated eight other diverse businesses outside the construction industry, showcasing his ability to recognize opportunity, innovate across markets, and create sustainable business models. His entrepreneurial versatility underscores his rare combination of creative vision and operational discipline.
After semi-retiring from General Contracting and the construction industry at the age of 40, Matt was recruited by one of the nation’s top business consulting firms, where he served as one of only 100 elite Senior Business Analysts selected from a field of 3,500 company professionals nationwide. Each engagement involved a complete top-to-bottom assessment — including financials, accounting systems, administrative structures, field operations, internal processes, and leadership practices. Completing more than 100 detailed analyses, Matt would deliver executive-level findings to company owners, boards, and CEOs, outlining actionable strategies for immediate improvement.
The experience deepened his expertise in identifying inefficiencies, uncovering growth potential, and implementing change with precision. Combining that corporate consulting foundation with two decades of entrepreneurial success, Matt launched Greaux Consulting Corporation, blending real-world experience with elite consulting methodology to create a firm uniquely positioned to help business owners build scalable, system-driven companies.
