Before founding Greaux Consulting, Matt spent nearly two decades leading CCC, LLC, a licensed commercial, residential, and disaster recovery contracting firm, which he grew from startup to a $120 million enterprise operating across four states and internationally. After semi-retiring from construction at age 40, Matt joined one of the nation’s leading consulting firms as a Senior Business Analyst, where he was among just 100 elite professionals selected from over 3,500 candidates nationwide. For many years, Matt was a Licensed Commercial and Residential General Contractor in multiple states as well as a Licensed Mold Remediator, IICRC Certified, Certified Project Manager, and holds certifications in TWIC & OSHA Safety.

A dedicated faith-based humanitarian, Matt was recognized with the Children’s Cup “Hope Giver of the Year” Award for his leadership, philanthropy, and global contributions to children’s initiatives building children’s feeding carepoints, orphanages, health units, and global leadership training academies in South Africa, Mexico and other countries.  Matt’s ongoing involvement in anti-sex trafficking and rescue efforts, addiction recovery,  and orphans are just a few others that are dear to his heart.
